Shiffa means ‘healing’ or ‘to heal’ in Arabic. From her native Dubai, founder Dr. Lamees Hamdan has been creating natural and organic products based on the principles of dermatology since 2004. Her latest creation, Shiffa Rose Maroc Night Elixir ($175), is now sold at Nordstrom. It is a natural retinol formula with Moroccan rose and essential oils to reverse signs of aging and brighten skin without redness or irritation, according to the company.
